BET’s Food For Thought: Conversations With T.I. has surfaced, shot during T.I.’s 8 month hiatus from his last prison stint. Tip opens with a disclaimer that, “Obviously, certain circumstances in my life have changed drastically [since then]“—translation: this was before I violated my parole. The “Castle Walls” rapper opens up to journalists Angie Martinez, Harry Allan and Stephen A. Smith about how he quit selling drugs when he started rapping, the paranoia that led to his 2007 arrest and that ,”Prison is for losers.
